I.d On This Fish

hi,
i bought two of these fish over the internet as german blue rams!i dont think they are,they look more apisto like to me.thing is i cant find out what they are.i have looked on the internet but cant find them.im guessing they are female because of the colours.could anyone shead some light as to what they are?

Yeah def Curviceps, gorgeous!!! Looks like you have a male and a female as well Think top is male with the longer fins. If they breed they will go quite whitey and the blues will go so so bright stunning fish.

i do quite like them.they arnt as bright as the gbr but when you catch them in the right light the blues really do come out and look very nice.

To me, it looks like an Apistogramma sp. "Blue Steel" They are a hybrid derived from Singapore, and females are the hardest thing to come by.

what do you mean?ive read up and they seem to live in about the same temp water as each other.my temp is at 27 at the moment.
