I loved this movie, saw it when it was first released and the other week in IMAX ( Which totally rocked!). I like it much more than the previous two adaptations of the novel. I do wish they had gone into more of the scientific aspects that the book did...also, I preferred the way the novel ended over the movie...but, it was a pretty decent movie none-the-less. Very artistic and emotionally provocative.

This movie really really let me down. Like someone else said before, it was way too much like R.E. and I seem to remember from the book that Robert Neville was a 65ish year old white man. I didn't think the movie was that well done for all the hype it got, but hell, what movie is?

I didn't think the film was too bad, I enjoyed it for what it was.

Though there was a bit that puzzled me, when Neville gets caught in the trap - are we left to believe that it was one of his own traps and he's simply gone a bit crazy and forgotten about it, or was it set up by the infected who are starting to develop intelligence?

I wondered at first, when that happened too, but I reckon that was it ^ , or they wouldn't have gone to such great lengths to show the infected one watching him setting it before. They were getting smarter.

i really really loved the film, me and my boyf rented it, but we never read the back of what it was about, so it was a suprise, i got really upset when he had to kill sam his dog tho, but i think thats cos i have a g.shepherd and was thinking of her, i was well upset!
really loved it tho,one of the best ive seen this year!

watched this saturday with the wife. I thought it was one of the most boring films I have seen in recent memory , absolutely no point or real story to the film. My wife was devestated as she really wanted to see it but she felt non plussed by it also.
