How To Move A Fish Tank

Hey everyone. I'm going out of town later today and I now realize I should have planned this a little better. I am buying 2 30 gallon tanks from a guy while I'm out of town and have to drive them about 8 hours back home, in the back of a pickup truck.

What is the best way to do this safely? I was planning on just buying some bubble wrap and putting 3-4 layers on each tank as well as a blanket under them and then packing luggage around that tanks to secure them in place. Any other suggestions?

any way of bracing them so they cant move i.e wedged side by side
with wood etc? other tubs?

Yes, wrapping them up sounds good with blankets and bubble wrap but, i would also suggest tying them down with bungee chords
