How do you make a didivide for a 5 gallon without using the plastic mesh and report binders, because they don't sell them where I live

They don't sell report binders in texas?

Sheet of plastic cut to size (hardware shop or similar) and aquarium silicon would work. Clear acrylic in various pre cut sizes is sometimes sold as glazing for outside sheds etc). Once its the right size just drill or melt some holes in it to allow water flow.

I just cant find any here they sell report binders but they aren't the right kind. And okay I will do that, thanks for the help
