How To Keep Bloodworm Alive

Hey all

i have had a look at the search engine trying to find topics on this but i could not find any

im going to the fish shop tommorow to pick some bloodworm up if they have any

how do i keep them alive after i have opened the bag? my fish wont eat a whole bag in one go this is my first time feeding live food so tips welcome too

I would drain into a net, feed them half, refill the bag with water from your tank, reseal the bag and keep in the fridge for a couple of days.

Oh and to clarify, I wouldn't drain the net into the tank. I like to drain live food over the sink to avoid any unwanted nasties that might be lurking in the water.

That might just be me being paranoid though
