Hi all,

Ive got quite a lot of floating plants in my tank, not too sure what Iā€™m afraid but Iā€™ve attached a pic!

Anyway, I want to keep them in one area rather than getting blown around by the filter. Any ideas on how I can do this?

Donā€™t really want to take too much out as the fish love them!

cheers!

That looks perfect, cheers! Going to go out and get some air hose shortly! Is it likely to be sold somewhere like pets at home?
Yes, but you'd be better looking to eBay or even Amazon. You'll be able to get cheaper tubing and there's a wide range of different connectors available that P@H don't carry.

Nailed it. An air tube ''corral''. They work awesome!!
I created a bare patch, to drop food through, others encircle the plants themselves, to keep them where they're preferred (by the fishkeeper) to be.
The trick is to ensure the tube has air in it and, apparently, one issue can be larger snails climbing aboard and causing the hoop to dip under the water surface. ;)

DIY separator, either use air line tubing or fishing line. I prefer fishing line, just because itā€™s less obvious, and easier to attach to the suction cups.
