How Sensitive Are Snails?

as above realy
are they as sensitive as fish with regards to: ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, temp, filtration
got a spare tank i was going to put snails in so they reproduce then i will sell a few maybe or use them to feed the assassin snail i plan to get in the community tank

When it comes to trumpet snails, i dont think they are sensitive lol, i left a old tank in the garage with a few inches of water in it (no heater, filter or anything) and the buggers multiplied within a month.

If ammonia levels get too high they will leave the water.

i can do water changes heat was the main thing im not powering a tank just for them lol

Think you'll find they're much hardier than fish. I left a fish breeding tank out in the hut in winter, no heater or filter, no fish, actually forgot about it and a few weeks later it was full of trumpet snails.
