how muach ammonia for a 168L tank?

hi all

i just got ammonia for my 168L tank.

well what i need to know is, how much ammonia do i add to the tank?

and do i add it all at once, or in steps etc?


can someone please help me

I don't trust the concentrations of store bought ammo to be consistent from brand to brand, or batch to batch. The last tank I cycled was over a year ago, I used 1 capful from a gallon jug for a 65 gallon. You tank is a 45 gallon, I would start with a little less than half a cap, & test the level. Adding more to increase the level is easier than taking too much out, which requires a water change.
