How Many More Clown Loaches Can I Add

In my tank I only have one Clown Loach and so have decided to add some more to try and bring it out of it's shell a bit! How many Clown Loaches can I get away with adding?

I have a 40 gallon tank and have the following:
1 Clown Loach
3 Pictus Catfish
3 Glass Catfish
2 Sailfin Plecs
3 Botia Strata Loach
5 Mollies
3 Platys
3 Angelfish

do you intend getting a bigger tank?

If not then the fish you have need to be rehomed - a single sailfin should be in a bigger tank (say 80gal +) clowns grow to 12" in time (ok its a lot of time but they will get there)

you 2 sailfins will be at 12" after just 12-18 months!

No more clowns

as smithrc said, your clowns and sailfins will require a bigger tank in time, so add no more now!
