How Do I Keep The Temp Down In My Tank

my heater is turned right down the lights are on 12 hours a day like they should be 7:00am while 7:00pm how can i keep my temp down it is 28 degrese and only should be 25!

why have them on all day?? they dont need to be,and as for the temp, pretty much depends on what you are keeping and where you are located

If you have metal halide lights then raise them higher up above the tank.
If you have fluoros in a hood then you need more air flowing through the hood to cool things down. Also try to raise the light units off the tank so the air can move around them a bit more.
