Hospital Or Not?

i am just asking: if they haven't died and have been acting OK, why keep them in a hospital tank? what if it is just some dirt or a marking?

if you read back, they havent been acting normally. its only the last few days that they have. i am giving them a week to see how they do with no meds. so far so good. they both have white marks on them, almost like fighting scars (?) but dont seem to be 'ill' any more. feeding and pooing fine. pop-eye has almost gone on female. no other probs now. so they may well be back in with the general population this weekend
