Hi all,

I have read some conflicting post about whether I could keep honey gouramis and neon tetras together. I have 10 neons, one bn plec, 4 otocinculus and want to add 2 - 3 honey gouramis. The tank is well planted and properly cycled. Anyone see an issue with this?

Well first it would be nice to know your tank size and its measurements.

Yes, they should be able to share a tank. If it’s big enough, that is. My 55 gallon community tank has neons and honey gourami.

Not a problem. What do you call a honey Gourami. Latin name please. IF they are Colisa Chuna not a problem.

Substrate - Japanese baked soil (columbo)

0 nitrites
5 - 10 ppm nitrates
Cheers
