Fish Symptoms (include full description including lesion, color, location, fish behavior): Noticed fish does not seem to be eating. also hanging in one cornor of the tank. noticed its poo being white and stringy. no other signs all other fish ok.

Volume and Frequency of water changes: 3 times a week 20%

Chemical Additives or Media in your tank:

Tank inhabitants: 6 Black Widow Tetra, 5 Harlequins, 3 dwarf gornami, 2 angel fish (small), 5 bronze cory, 2 honey gornamis, 2 3 spot gornami(small), 1 BN catfish, 1 Filter shrimp one other algea eater not sure what it is as I got it from a friend who had overstocked.

Recent additions to your tank (living or decoration): filter shrimp

Exposure to chemicals: none only de clohrinator
 
What do you feed your fish. Long stringy white poo can be constipation, bacterial infection, internal parasites.

Flake and once a week bllod worms or shrimp. also they like veg. broccoili and corgette
 
Try some peas first to see if that flushes them through.
Need to feed more frozen food and veg during the week.
 
Cook frozen peas for a few minutes and let cool down and pop out of shell. Mush between fingers into small
pieces and add to the tank.
