I'm sitting here looking at my new Honey Gourami wondering, How cool would a Damsel Blue Honey Gourami be?

Are there some varieties in the Honey Gouramis like there are in the cockatoos?

I have one Gold , and the other is the normal strain [ honey colored ].
 both males , both are absolutely beatiful , not sure of any other color morphs .....................sylvia would know , she's the queen of gouramis

Well Lucky62 breed me a Blue Damsel Gourami, please. :p

Oh yeah I guess two males won't quite get that started

I read something here earlier in another forum , about breathing air on mars , it struck me as funny , so did that post ;) ..................but you never can tell

only have pics of the gold one , I'll try and get a pic of the other guy later , the pics I take of my tanks upper inhabitants , don't come out as well as the ones of the fish that live in the lower areas .......... angle of the cam , and the flash reflection

What would you like to see ? :dunno: :)

Both of course at your convenience

Actually I was refering to you sending a pic of whatever you were able to breed with your two male Honeys.

Interestingly enough the girl at the lfs that showed me how to sex the juvie cockatoos says she they get pale Honeys that she assumes are females. I really like the Honey, looks wise.

I have the Honey, six diamond head neons, three sparklers and the seven otos in the eclipse 12 in front of me. It is such an interesting tank that it is tempting to develop it. Add some dwarf cories; move most of the otos; get it planted again. It would make an attractive presentation.

Yes. Post some pictures of your work.

Well and there it is!! Sorry gotta go see some pics :D
