Hoilday troubles

In december I'am gonna go on a hoilday to MALASIYA (penang)
I'll be gonna for 10 days
what would the best way of feeding them whislt I'am Gonna?

PS:Mum and Dad went let anyone in the house

Some fish keepers don't feed them while there away, some use holiday feeders that you can buy any where in lfs or online stores.

Normally I'd say just let them go without, they'll be fine. However, your stocking scheme worries me a bit and you might come home to some missing tetras or rasboras if certain fish get into a breeding mood and get hungry.

That said, not feeding at all is vastly preferrable to the feeder block things. They are worthless and potentially dangerous. Do not use them.

If you can afford it, buy an automatic feeder. It will allow you to feed them safely and on a regular schedule while you're gone. Ratings of 10 different models can be found HERE.

I'm going out of town in dec and Mom is housesitting for me so I've bought pill boxes (with week days on them) one for each tank. I'm planning to premeasure food into the boxes so all mom has to do is dump it in on the indicated day.
so are your parents going too or could they do that for you?
