2 feet tall atleast- or maybe i could put a tall peice of bogwood with some java fern coming out? along with a tall plant, thanks

2 feet is 60 cm, and most stem plants reach that height. So, no problem finding plants. If you want to go for the bogwood option, I would choose anubia to attach to the wood, and let it grow upwards.
