Personally I would never recommend anything that the supplier say they are unsure of the percentage

What I would recommend 100% is the Ammonia solution sold in Homebase for £1.99.

I used the stuff in the link, it works fine. I'm sure I saw on the forums that someone emailed them and they said it was 9.5%.
