Hepl! Lost Pleco

I got my Bristlenose pleco about a month ago and it has been perfectly fine in my tank, It's been acting normal and out all day.
Recently though, in the last 3 days, I haven't seen it in my tank at all.
I've no clue where it is. I looked under all the rocks under gravel etc, but I can't see it anywhere.
I don't know if it's dead or hiding but it's disappeared!

Help! Do Plecos hide away for days? Or should I be looking for a dead fish?

put in some food just before lights out something like an algea waffer then get a torch and have a look around the tank now and then you might spot him mine was like that for a while but shes too big to hide now

My bristle nose managed to hide for days when my tank was full of plants. They normally hide.away for a period of time.

i had one that climbed out the tank
so look behind the tank if he is not there
dont panic they are master hiders he'll be somewhere
in there if he'd died you would of found
his remain as there scales rot a lot slower
than normal fish

I found the pleco under a rock......unfortunately, it was dead

I don't know why it died, it seemed happy.
