How old are you bettas? People are trying to help you out on a lot of things and you aren't being one bit grateful! I'm very surprised that your LFS didnt have any dechlorinator in stock!!!

well they want a sample of my water and that

they are going to give me our money back to

give them a sample and see what they say but with the levels I expect you'll have in your tank I doubt you will get a refund and that should be the last thing on your mind. What about the other fish in your tank, how are they doing?

They'll tell you everything people on here have been telling you! Your tank is not cycled yet, did you get hold of the dechlorinator? If so, are you doing water changes

no i havnt been up yet going in a min

how much are they so i know how muych to take

about a couple of £'s, have a look on the net for it. Once you have this read the instructions on the back carefuly and start doing DAILY water changes hopefully the rest of your fish will be ok

ok i went they said just dont get no more fish until a few weeks
fed them every other day and change water

when change water i just take some out put tetra fish thing in then let that kill the chlorine
