Help With Golden Snails

i have a prolem with my golden snails. they keep on getting air in there shells and thhis causes them to loose there grip and float helples on the surface.what can I do.

They are suppose to have an air reserve under their shells.

Yeah, they float intentionally cause they need their air.

They usually shouldnt die from that, what are your water parameters, tank mates and parameters? Also do you handle them a lot if ever?
