Help With Filter Start Please

I added pure ammonia got my tank to 5 ppm its been ther since 2days ago i added filter start as i got it with the tank should i keep dosing every 2days or just leave it

Just leave it and check every other day, at this stage, for a fall in ammonia. Once you see a fall start checking daily and once it gets to zero dose back up to 5ppm again.

If you are starting from scratch then, as you have done, dose ammonia up to 5ppm, turn the heater up to 85-90* and leave it for at least a week - 10 days then test as nothing will happen at all before then so you would just be wasting your test kit.

You do not need to re-dose until the level has dropped to near zero
