Help Stocking A 10 Gal?

Hi guys! So I just got the fish for my 10 gal community today! They will be quarantined, however. When it does come down to adding them in the 10 gal, what are the procedures I need to take to ensure proper relocation? Thanks a bunch!

Put them in a bag with the water from the pet store let it float for 20 minutes then add half a cup of tank water and let it sit for 10-15 more minutes. Then add the fish by scooping them out with a net and gently putting them in the tank. Make sure the light is off te whole time plus another 15-20 minutes after adding the fish then put the lights on. I usually put a little bottom fish food in so the fish get distracted down there and not with the new fish in a bag.
