Help, Sick Fish

My fish have been lying on the floor of the tank and in the leaves of plants hardly moving for the past 4 days, I am currently treating them for swimbladder (since saturday) and they seem to be doing slightly better, but still look bad. the parameters are:
PH - 7.6
Amonia - 0
Nitrite - 0
Nitrate - 160

is there anything i can do??

oh and last week one of the fish died from i think a mix of swimbladder and constipation

stress, from having such a bad mix of fish? as they cant all have SBD.... well, they can but its very unlikely. have you checked chlorine levels, could it be some sort of chemical additives, maybe even a ph or hardness crash?

i dont have the kit to test for chlorine, but i use dechlorinator before i add the water, it could be strress, but the only thing is that becuase theyre always lying down, they rarely come into contact with eachother

ive turned up the temperature, it managed to get down to 25, i put it up to 28, if that doesnt work then i think it can only be swimbladder

try to lower the Nitrates some..that may help.
