Never a good idea to add new fish after a death, I would wait a few weeks to make sure everything is fine.

Awww I'm so sorry to hear that. My girl is still going although I suspect she is blind. She ate a little earlier so that is a slight improvement. Just keeping my figers crossed for her now.
