i currently have 3 angelfish, 2 silvers and 1 black, and they just aren't getting along. I was hoping to get 2 females and one male but i think they are all male! the black one seems to be under alot of stress because it hasn't grown since i got it. all fish are the same age but the silvers are huge compared to the little black one.
anyway, i'm hoping to move the angelfish on and buy a few cuckatoo cichlids. I bought 2, a male and a female, when they were really small but the female didn't survive because it was so tiny. so now i have an impressive male surrounded by fighting angelfish.

is there any reliable website i can buy, and get delivered, a few more cuckatoo cichlids?

also, will a school of tetras or barbs get along with cuckatoo cichlids. i also have a pictus catfish so i would prefer barbs and because tank is amazonian, is there any amazonian barbs out there too?

thanks

Micromania is a good source of SA dwarf cichlids, and a shoal of tetras or peaceful barbs should do fine with them, don't know of any amazonian barbs though

okay, thanks for that, but unfortunatly thats an american website and doesn't ship to the UK. however, i have found an english website that does sell dwarf cockatoo cichlids... and the ones i want!
they only have one double red atm, which leads me on to my next question.... does anyone know whether i could mix different species?

there are some double reds as well as super reds on the website i'm planning on using (http://www.tropicalfishfinder.co.uk if i'm allowed to put that on here) at really nice prices.

thanks again

its not american, he based in shropshire and most definately DOES ship to the UK, I know plenty of people in the UK who've got stock from him
follow the link to his sales forum to see what he currently has to sell
