My Juwel Rio 400 lighting recently knocked out all the electricity in my house - thankfully just before I came home for lunch.
It had to be replaced, so I ordered the Arcadia T5 I-Bar - which was cheaper than buying a replacement t8 juwel unit.
However, although I have been charged for the I-bar, I have been sent an Arcadia Luminaire with 4 T5 tubes.
Obviously it's not going back to the shop! But I can't decide whether to just use the luminaire, or to try and flog it and get another I-bar?
I had a luminaire on my old 4ft tank and found it to be pretty good, but I really didn't like the amount of evaporation I got with an open tank, and am not a big fan of condensation trays.
I don't have any corals, so light intensity is not an issue.
