Help me identify this!!!

These little white lines started appearing all over my 45 gallon aquarium. my Ph is around 8. My Gh is like 2-4 my Kh is around 11. Please help identify this!

They look like micro worms, common in tanks. usually only rise when the oxygen level is low in the substrate.

Looks like detritus worms, a sign that there is uneaten food and waste in the tank. Reduce the amount of food you feed your fish and give the gravel a good vacuuming. Some fish like to eat them and they are harmless.
