Help Me I Have Fry What To Do?!

i have just got some fry in my tank i think it is ballon mollie is there any whay of chaching them axcept using the net lets face it the net is stress full for the fish and also harder 4 us!

How large is your tank and what other fish do you have in there? Usually, if there are enough plants for the fry to hide in, and only mollies in the tank that are kept well fed, they should be fine.
