I have been looking asking to no luck,

a Tank lid that supports 2 or 3 lights but cant find any,
Do they even exist???

And if not, is this any good?
http://www.snapperaquatics.co.uk/index.asp...mp;productid=99

Because Im worried it will be annoying when I lay in bed below this, but i like the idea that I can have 2x for plants and 1x for a nice blue colour

Any help REALLY thanked and no one comments for me,

p.s I decided not to do a DIY because as far as I'm aware I can buy a psu that does more than 1 light at a time....
So I'd have to buy 3x psu ?

Please does anyone know if there are Tank lids with more than 1 light, Im going shopping tomorrow And dont want to buy something that I'll regret

Why not buy a double and a single then plug them into one of those square multi plug socket things and then plug this into your electric timer. As I must admit I don't think anyone makes a triple starter unit. If you want to be even tidier you can always cut the plugs off of the single and double starters then wire them into a single plug. I have done this with 2 single starter units.

:good:

Luminaires are great, you can get them in any combination of lighting these days T5's or T8's and metal halides or metal halides with combo tubes for marines.
The can sit on the ledge of your aquarium or hung from the ceiling. The newer types address the light dispursal problem and employ a couple of "barn door" shutters which stop bright light emitting into your room. On the ends of some of the luminaires they even have built in timers. So my conclusion is if you don't feel comfortable with a Diy job then this is definately the way to go.
