Help! Ammonia Problem

test this morning amonia 0 nitrite 0 nitrate 0 ph 6.8

seems ok now as amonias gone without a water change, but will keep an eye on it

noticed one of my mollies wasnt very active last night, checked again this morning and he was at the bottom of the tank still allive but not moving much, just got in from work and he was dead and being sucked into the filter.

pulled him out

now doing another test on the water.

water is fine ammonia 0 nitite 0 nitrate 0 ph 7.2

should i do a water change today?
