Got a 12 gallon Nano cube; actually more like 6-8 gallons of water with live rock and sand. Everything is fine (O Ammonia, O Nitrite, 10 Nitrate, 8.4 pH) each day, and a week has gone by with these measurements. After reading in prep for setting up the tank, I'm not adding anything else until time goes by and I locate all the inhabitants and ensure the stability of the tank.

So far, it's 2 hermit crabs, a glass anemone (which I will search and destroy soon!), 4 coral encrusted snails, a bristleworm (which I will also hunt down)... and lots of other little moving things. Have had various freshwater and planted tanks, so this is a real treat to learn a new environment. Will be looking for help and info from all of you. Thanks in advance. Rosemarie in Seattle
