Healthy Plants?

Even the java? I know the anubias looks really poor...

Edit: I've emailed the seller so I'll see what happens. Won't these plants improve though? They were in the mail for 2 weeks... what should I expect from mailed plants? Greener, stronger leaves?

Should I purchase Seachem Flourish and Seachem Flourish Excel?

The fern looks ok, but the anubias is quite battered isn't it... two weeks is a very long time for plants to be in the post - they should be arriving within a couple of days to you. While that may not be the seller's fault (RM can be a pita sometimes) it is their responsibility to refund/replace if things to not arrive to you in their advertised condition, and I'm pretty sure you didn't buy them like that!

They will imporve but anubias is quite slow growing. When I had a cutting with a single duff leaf I left that leaf on until it grew about 3 more, then I pulled the duff one off.

get some lead weights (non toxic of course) and wrap it around the anubias and rest it on the substrate, the roots will eventually take hold and ta daaaa job done. I've done this with mine and its literally gone mad, each plant pops up with at least 1 leaf every 3/4 days.

Aquatic Magic is based in Malaysia so it does take about 2 week to receive those plants. I've always attached plants just naturally. Never had a problem finding somewhere they will stay.

Don't aquatic magic have a no quibble automatic replacement policy? I could be thinking of Java plants...

They are pretty good about refund/replacements... or so they say on their store. I contacted them and they said please watch for the next 14 days and then contact if the plants haven't improved.

So I picked off all the leaves from the anubias and two little leaves have started to grow. But they are brown around the edges... should I be dosing with Seachem Flourish or Flourish Excel?

Both - Flourish is a Trace nutrient mix, Iron, copper, Zinc etc.
Flourish Excel is a liquid CO2 replacement.
