Hi - just feeling pretty pleased for taking the time to online search for a good price on Juwel stone granite backgrounds (gosh - prices on some sites were horrendous, but average seemed to be between £26-£35 each) as I found them for sale at £17.89 each from The Aquatic Room (based in Lancs) with £10 postage (still cheaper than anywhere else I've seen).

Has anyone else ordered from their online store? I only found them today so hoping they are quick at sending stuff out. Can't wait to start tarting up my new tank lol!

Whenever I find something I want online with a hefty delivery cost, I print it out and see if my lfs will price match. They usually do, or at least near enough. Might be worth a try.

I wish they would, Soybean LOL. Rang there first but they are fairly overpriced on most things, being the only aquatic store for miles. They do sometimes knock a few quid off things for me as I've been a regular customer for a few years but I don't think they could match that price as it's almost half.

I don't know how heavy those backgrounds are but I'm guessing the reason the postage is £10 is that they need good packaging and must weigh a fair bit then.

Couldn't find a cheaper offer online anywhere.
