Hatching/Raising Brine Shrimp??

Alright so I hatched some brine shrimp today I was too lazy to go to the store & get a soda bottle (to keep them in) so I put the eggs in a spare critter keeper.

So now I see why it's advised use a soda bottle How do I seperate the eggs from the shrimp? Will they all settle eventually? Will they eat fry food (I want to let some grow a bit to feed to my larger fish)?
