i have great service whether your having them posted or buying person! bought many fish off them and all great quality and never any doa's. also been to the place and well worth going to see the shop in person.

I bought my cherry and amano shrimp (with 2 endler fry), nerite snails, kuhli loaches and I'll be buying from them again.
The service was great, chap I spoke to was lovely on the phone.
Livestock was well packed and protected, special delivery instructions were noted and followed.
No disease from anything, no sudden deaths (touch wood everything is still alive).

I haven't bought anything from them but they have just been voted retailer of the year in a poll carried out by Practical Fishkeeping Magazine so they must be highly regarded by customers who have used them.

Ive used them once and lost 2 fish from 30 or so... they refunded the doa fish. Trust worthy place. I never mail order fish from uk now...but if i did I would from them.
