Halfbeaks. (Hemiramphus Depauperatus)

Patience :p We had some Nomorhamphus liemi liemi for a while before the mrs completely gave up keeping community fish and moved onto larger more predatory ones like i keep.
They are pretty territorial ammongst thir own kind and each fish will take up and defend an area of the tank, for this reason i would not recomend more than one fish per 10g of water. They are community safe but will eat very small fish like young guppies and tetras. Ours were very easy to feed on normal comunity fish fare such as flakes and live/frozen foods.

The lfs had some Celebes in, not sure if they've still got any. They look interesting, they're livebearers aren't they?

Territorial like CFC said, especially the males who will fight abit.

Be very careful during transit as they could potentially suffer irreparable damage to their 'beaks' which could also occur if the males fight so I'd recommend only one male. Livebearers, so easy to sex 'em.

Cheers,
Luke.
