He is about 5-6 years old, I've had him for around two months. In his past home, he was fed frozen blood worms, so that's what I've stuck with.
He only seems to be interested in blood worms or occasionally daphnia. People online have said 2-3 times is a good amount per week. I'm assuming one time means a block of blood worms.
My old feeding days were:
Half on Monday
Whole on Tuesday
Whole on Thursday
Half on Saturday

He seemed hungry on the days he didn't get fed, so I decided to change it to:
Half on Monday
Half on Tuesday
Half on Wednesday
Half on Thursday
Half on Friday
Half on Saturday

He still gets the same amount of food, but I was wondering is it enough? Should I feed him a whole block on some days? Or all days maybe?

We feed our eels daily and still they seem to be hungry hahahaa (and fat).
I'd
Fish aren't snakes that are feed once a week or so but opportunistic animals that search for food over a long period of time on daily basis.

So I'd earlier feed smaller amounts daily than bigger amounts at once.

Our to bugger also eat tubifex but not.much more as you're stating.

I have an orange spot eel that I'm having problems feeding him cup up supermarket shrimp. He will usually take ghost shrimp no problems, and he is really fast when hunting these critters
