Is my guppy pregnant? I just got her 1 week ago, and new about caring fish.
And if she is pregnant how can I take care of her..

The females gravid spot near the anal fin will be much bigger and darker when she’s really good and pregnant . You will even be able to see the eyes of the young through her abdominal wall if you look closely . If you have a male it won’t be long . In about a month to six weeks you should have fry .

Not pregnant, but feed her a bit more.

Pregnant guppies will grow visibly larger bellies overtime, keep an eye on their gravid spots (black spot near their vents) as it will grow larger as well as fry develop.
