guppy staying at top of water

Hi! some guppies are staying at the top of the water and doing strange things ever since the new light came in.
added some oxygen, not sure if that helps

My females did this a month or so back. They stayed like this for a few days, but eventually went back to normal and are now all very happy. I'd say it's just a result of weird changes in the tank. With any luck, they should get over it in a few days.

alright, should add that i waterchanged 20% last week and that i changed the schedules

update @PlasticGalaxy they are being strange still but i will not change stuff for the rest of the week and make them happy with some blood worms

guppies staying at the top of the water it's usually a sign of poor water quality to be on the safe side do a 50% water change
