Guppy Fry Colours...

Back colour can develop from 2-3 weeks of age but the others take from 4-8 weeks to show, and may not be fully developed until 3-4 months old.

Thanks
I only have 3 fry (that i managed to save from the tank) they are about 4 weeks old at the minute and still have no colour. They are all just see through yellow :)
Their mam is yellow and orange but unsure of the dad as she dropped her fry a week after i bought her from the fish store

If they're yellow, or blonde, that may be all the color they'll get.

As Helterskelter said 2-3 weeks, but can vary is true. This is also usally the case for my guppy fry, I have a new batch that was born last night.

They may be plain, boring females

Nice! So I tried asking this as a separate question/topic, but I'll try here. Does anyone know when the fantails appear on fry? Mine are 8 weeks old, and just appear rounded.

A guppy will usually sex out at about 3 months old and can carry on growing and developing for up to 6 months or more
