Guppy Birth Prolapse?

One of my guppies is was ready to give birth when we went out of town for 4 days. When we returned she looked like this. Is there anything I can do besides wait. I moved her from the 20 Gallon crowded tank to the 10 gallon nursery tank.

I’ve seen fish have that happen many times and it always weirds me out. Nothing you can do but wait it out.

Once this happens, you can't cure it. Give it some time and see if she can push those fry out or not. Because that could be a problem.
