Got 4 felmale an 2 male today, an the one of the male is very interested in 2 of the female, does this mean he wants to breed?

They ALWAYS want to breed whether there's a female around or not.

Hahaha, the dark spot near where it poos is quite big and very dark, does this mean it may be pregnant already? Or is this not true

Some females will have that there all the time, and in some it becomes more noticeable when pregnant.

If the females have been kept near males at any point in the past few month it's likely she'll be pregnant, they store sperm. If you have male and females livebearers together it's safe to assume they'll always be pregnant.
