Krib, I suggested that you don't need to bragging about genetics or being assume that UK guppies are weak. The UK and US guppies are same thing as they come from overseas (same place where the exporters raising the guppies). It could hurt your rep in here. Just want to let you know.

If you live in Bournemouth, then you live very close to a couple of people on this forum and you have plenty of good stocks at your fingertips. There are quite a few excellent breeders in the Southampton / Bournemouth area (eh guys!!).

Ooh thats good to know, haven't played around on here yet but am guessing you can search for members on their locations?

Will be very interesting to speak to some local people to see what they also think of the LFS's!

They might be dying of old age? Guppie's spines begin to curve as they get older and are about to die.

Fish TB is about the only other thing i can think of as far as a bent spine. What happend to my post in reply to Butchs post? Was it deleted?

I swear, it wasnt a bad post. I was besically saying that im sorry, i misread your post, which is why i kinda flew off the handle. Which is why i "bragged" about genetics, becasue i thought you were telling me i didnt know anything about them.
