Guppies having babies despite all of them looking female

About 1 month or so. Females are able to postpone babies laying for several hours or even days if environmental conditions (temperature and chemical composition) are likely to jeopardize their offspring.
Mares can also do that.
 
You mean the max gestation period of female endlers? Wel, an average will also be between 3-4 weeks. But they the can hold on to 6-8 weeks as well. Or did you mean age?
I meant can they hold sperm packets for a year like guppies can?
Is the 6-8 weeks mentioned waiting until conditions are good for giving birth?

Yes, female endlers can store sperm packets over a year as well. And yes, 6-8 weeks isn't weird to hold on to for such a female, if she doesn't feel comfortable enough to drop those fry.
