Guppies And Tetras?

I'm getting a 15 gallon tank soon and was wondering if some male guppies would go in with tetras or will the tetras nip on the guppies?

I'd say it would depend on the species of tetra. I've had them with neons in the past and been fine, black neons should also be no trouble, but I wouldn't put them in with notorious fin nippers such as lemon tetras.

ok im either thinking of getting neon tetras or cardinals tetras would they be ok?

i have neons and male guppys, so cardinals should pose no problems for you.

I also have neons in with my guppies right now in my 10 gallon aquarium and there are absolutely no problems whatsoever!

I have neons, and cardinals with my guppies and guppy fry. I also kept serpae tetras with them and they were fine.

i ALSO have neons with guppy. as you can tell its fine for neons and cardinals to be with gups.
