Inch per fish guides are mostly twaddle, you can stock sensibly without them, just use common sense.
White clouds are temperate fish so avoid anything that likes the higher temp end so you can keep the tank around 23c at the most. That rules out rummy nose as suggested. Your bristlenose will tolerate that temp too.
Double your corys, three isn't a large enough group.
I'd up the minnows to at least 10-12.
You want something that tolerates and even enjoys heavy flow which rules out bettas, guppies, gouramis, any other flowing finned or slow fish.
How about some platys? Three or four would be fine, all males will prevent breeding, and it will add a splash of colour.
But this is what I would do:
Return the corys and exchange them for 6 peppered ones which like cooler temps.
Up the minnows to a dozen.
Add two or three Hillstream loaches.
Add three or four variatus platys.
All kept at about 20c. Bish bash bosh, easy temperate tank.

the whiteclouds are doing so well, and 4 of them are 5 years old ;p , that I think I'll grab some more of those!
