Grrrr!

I keep buying loads of nice plants that are quite pricey - but my red scabs keep eating them! There is one that is quite tall with broad leaves that they haven't touched yet, but they destroy all the others! I don't know what else to get!

buy bulk plants off the internet. I got like 100 single plants for about £15 or something. Or dont use real plants with your crabs

I think I might try buying bulk plants...
But they're not crabs, they're called red scabs! They look like discus. They are quite big too, but I have only ever seen them once, and that's when I bought them. They're brackish. I'll try and post some pics later. One of them absolutley loves my Mum, and whenever she walks into my bedroom he always swims up to her and it always looks like he's talking to her! She's named him Gulper, and whenever she goes into my room, she can't resist and feeds him, so he ends up getting fed about fifty times a day! (Well, maybe not that much! )

I just keep putting dif plants in till I find the ones they wont eat. Im almost there, just another couple and im done. They munched most of the ones i put in first, except the broad leave fern type.

if so there's not many fish that will leave in brackish water anyways, but java fern and moss will stand up to it and shoudl with stand some abuse.
