I have myself a new little 120litre tank and I would really like to start keeping some apistogramma cacatuoides or some other kind of the same species.
My plan is for a cocunet cave well covered by a perfect shape piece of bogwood i have, along with some java fern and root bogwood and possibly a plant or two also.
I was just curios as to what kind of fish could be ok in a pair of apistogramma cacatuoides tank. I understand the chances of aggression if they spawn but Im planning on Im guessing a 3-1 female male ratio?? I could be wrong.
Anyone with a setup with these fish in could be thanked greatly if you could post a picture or tell me of your expirience with these species.
