Got my bladder snails to lay eggs today

So I made a nano tank for 3 bladder snails that came in a while back on some java moss. Today I got them to lay eggs, overly easy to do, just had to throw a bit of extra food in for them a couple days and voila.

I wiped out a lot of them (there were over a dozen clutches around the tank) but saved 3 of the smaller clutches (in pic).

Just bladder snails.. but exciting to me nonetheless. I grew the 3 in there since they were tiny specs and managed to keep them from breeding as adults until I intervened. Been a fun mini project.

Looks like an interesting project. I catch and release my pest snails into my RES turtle tank.

You have red eared slidders, They are so cool, I had to get rid of mine, my wife thought 6 tanks plus axolotls plus turtles was just a little to much action in the living room.
