not sure on the sea horses albeit, i think pygmy seahorses should be okay but wait for clarification

i would think you should be ok with 2 clowns in a nano tank everyone else dose it and you get lose biubes tanks in aquariums shops with clowns in them so why not

A biube is not a good way of keeping marine fish so doesnt make it okay.

its not a space issue its an aggression issue, if one starts to bully the other and it has no where to go... anything could happen

I wouldnt keep the mandarin in there, your going to have to culture so many pods it will be really hard.

Mandys, need pods for long term health, not just frozen brine shrimp, which haven't got enough nutrition - bit like only eating big macs, you get fat but in the end your health will suffer

Frozen brine has next to no neutritional value. You could try buying some enriched frozen foods but they are bad with phosphates. As seffie says they do NEEd some pods aswel

buy a tube off reefworks and set up a culture with half and add half to the tank.
